- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I a very honest person and I have their best interest at heart. I will never take short cuts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I get intouch with the customer I make a schedule that will work for them, if I am running late I either send them a text or phone call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in the US Army and also trained in the IBEW local 520. I also was enrolled in the ABC of Electrical Services.
