Amanda and her team are FANTASTIC! I was looking for a new property management company for my rental property after being completely underwhelmed by the company I'd first used. Amanda impressed me from the very beginning, and she keeps doing more, unlike my first company that was all over it - until I signed their contract. Amanda is responsive and available, to the point I feel bad sending emails or texts after normal business hours, because SHE WILL RESPOND, quickly, and these are non-urgent issues (my work schedule is outside the norm). I HIGHLY recommend Real Property Management to any and every one who is looking for a responsive, professional, delightful, property management company. I wish I'd found them sooner as it would have saved me from fees-for-EVERYTHING, questionable repair bills, and long waits for return calls that I sometimes had to make more than once, with the former company. Dru Lassley has done an absolute wonderful job managing our property while we have been stationed in Hawaii.
