I met with Jordan and he answered all of my property management questions/concerns thoroughly and RPM management fees are very competitive when compared to other Property Management firms in New Braunfels. Although Jordan is based in San Antonio, he assured me that his extensive network of licensed contractors would service any need we might have at our house in New Braunfels. He helped me identify a fair market rent valuation and he agreed to list our property 60 days prior to turnover. He promptly placed a sign in our yard, installed a lockbox, and listed the property online on the agreed-upon date. As interested residents called to schedule showings, he scheduled the first wave of showings for our property six days after the property was listed... seven showings in one day! Our property rented out on this first day of showings!

We have know Pat Sankey for going on four years. We listed our previous house and were very pleased with her proffesional manners. In addition she is very business savy and stays on top of the real estate business. We recenly found ourselfs with the need to list our house and move to East Texas for family reasons. We, without hesitation, called Pat Sankey and listed our house with her. Not only did she handle our listing but coorinated the search with an associated Keller Williams office in East Texas. Everything went smooth on both ends of the sell and purchase. I give credit for this to Pat Sankey and her ability and desire to go above and beyond to make things happen. Even when its hundreds of miles and hours of difference in the areas. We would and will recomend Pat Sankey to anyone about to embark on a house sell and/or purchase. In our eyes there are none better or more trustworthy.

Dru Lassley has done an absolute wonderful job managing our property while we have been stationed in Hawaii. He truly values what he does and it shows in how he takes the time to talk to you, unlike others who just treat you like just another source of income. We have not had any issues with him at all. Whenever something comes up at the house, he notifies us and handles the issue in a timely manner. Knowing that Dru is taking care of our home definitely puts our minds at ease while being so far away. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone else needing a property manager.

It not easy to find someone that has both the critical thinking & implementation skills necessary to manage & complete projects. We interviewed several candidates and gave up until we found Suzann (Stover). Suzann has strong interpersonal skills on top of strong project management skills which allow her to seamlessly collaborate & communicate with us and vendors. She has completed a variety of projects for us as she continually gets the jobs done and does them with a commitment to quality. We own a large corporation, have a private foundation, have a lot of family commitments as well as trying to take care of ourselves. Our plates are full. Stover Solutions has given us the gift of time & needed "rest stops" to allow us to focus on other important things since we know our projects are in great hands.     What does a property management company do?
