FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Inplay School of Music, we offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. New students can enjoy a special 50% discount on their first lesson, providing a personalized introduction to our teaching style. We also offer flexible lesson packages to accommodate different learning goals and schedules. Bonus: New students can also save 10% on a full year of private piano lessons with code INPLAY2025 (valid through Dec 31, full-year required).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new student joins Inplay, we begin with a consultation to understand their musical interests, experience, and goals. From there, we design a customized lesson plan tailored to their skill level and preferences. Our instructors focus on building confidence and passion, ensuring each lesson is engaging and rewarding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors hold — or are currently pursuing — Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) degrees, the highest academic credential in music. Their training gives them the expertise to teach students at any level with depth, clarity, and care. In addition, every instructor has passed a comprehensive background check, ensuring a safe and professional learning environment.
