- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are fees are on par with the market in the area but we believe in selling value to owners for a competitive price. We do offer discounts for multiple properties and we are certainly open to negotiation that is mutually beneficial as well as having 2 different "tiered" plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can meet new clients in person or over a phone call to educate them on property management and about what they can expect the first year. We describe in detail the type of expenses they can expect and the financial advantages of property investment. We then present them with a comparative market analysis (CMA) and take them through all of my services and fees. We believe that an educated customer becomes the best clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Robert Clark is the 2020 Past President of the Fort Worth / Mid-Cities chapter of NARPM (National Association of Property Managers) and a professional member of CAI (Community Association Institute). Additionally, he is a certified CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations). The principal broker, Brian Birdy, is the current National President of NARPM. Each of our agents have received hundreds of hours of property management and real estate training.
