- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a family owned business with no sales person as a middle man. Johnny the co-owner with Cheryl will do all pricing and gives FREE honest estimates. Is willing to work with your insurance when applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be a good listener to the customer needs for each specific project. Will give a honest, competitive bid. There is no job too small. A bid will be presented then when accepted there is 50% down payment for purchase of materials and security. A date and time is set for the roofing installation or repairs with agreement of both parties. The Owner, Johnny is the project manager and is always on site to answer any questions. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Johnny has been in the roofing business since 1996and opened his own company in 2006. He has roofed over 700 roofs in the Austin and outlying areas. He has multiple years of experience working on the roof himself and well as being the project manager on site for over sight and to answer any customer questions.
