- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can always expect that the first price we give is the best honest price possible. We don't take shortcuts on our craftsmanship or materials, so you can always expect to be getting what you pay for. We also offer financing for any project $1,000-$55,000. Payment plans range from 12 Months Same-As-Cash to 5yr Fixed Interest Terms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FIRST: We want to get to know you. Your desires, what's important to you, and your background. We're in the people business first. We don't want to just do a project for you, we want to build a relationship and be your trusted contractor for life. SECOND: Once we have a good feel for your desires, we put together an estimate on what we can do to best serve you. THIRD: Upon us agreeing on the work to be completed, our next goal is to communicate, communicate, communicate. Job date, the process, time of completion, and any other important details so that you always know what's going on with your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has had extensive training in all trades, from roofing to siding to interior remodels. We never touch a project we can't handle and always make sure your getting the best. That's why all of our team members are extensively vetted, screened, interviewed, and trained. Along with our training, our crews are not new to their trades. We have decades of experience that has formed our level of craftsmanship. A few quick certifications we have: GAF Certification, Atlas Certification, & BBB Accreditation.
