I am so glad that I allowed Exodus A/C mechanical to diagnose and treat the problems we were dealing with. They took their time and made sure everything was repaired effectively. If you need someone to check out cooling and heating, these people will be helpful.

I WAS BLESSED TO GET MR.JAMES AND SON FROM EXODUS AC MECHANICAL. I ‘VE HAD AT LEAST 5 REPAIR MEN IN MY HOME IN THE PAST YEAR! NEITHER ONE WAS ABLE TO GET MY HEATER UP AND RUNNING WITHOUT GIVING ME AN OUTRAGEOUS PRICE TAG? EXODUS CAME PROMPTLY AND WAS ABLE TO FIX MY HEATER IN TIME FOR THE COLD FRONT AT A REASONABLE PRICE!!!! I WILL FOREVER USE THEM AS LONG AS THEY STAY REASONABLE!!!!!! YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO GIVE THEM A CALL!!!!!!

When it comes to being transparent and affordable we pride ourselves on doing everything possible to make our customers comfortable. Our $65 service fee is a formality that allows us to understand our customer's commitment considering it would be waived if we are hired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to express our level of transparency and affordability. We understand that the last thing on anyone's budget is fixing an AC or heating unit. That is the main reason we ask for a service of $65 to diagnose the situation, we of course waive it once the customer gives us the go-ahead to fix it. Doing that allows us to fix the main issue rather than overcharging for unnecessary things.

Our contractor has been in the industry for about 19 years, working commercial, and residential installs and servicing.
