Very good work, he took his time to explain his findings after the process so we would know what questions to asks the builder about the suggested repairs. Our appointment was for 4:00 pm and we received the report later that night. We definitely use him for our final inspection.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a construction background and decided to get home inspector license after meeting an inspector at a job site in 1999. I got my pest control license in 2011 as a requirement of an inspector contact with Harris County.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I German cockroach and bedbug treatment of a duplex that had serious infections. Both were wiped out in a few days. I returned in 2 weeks for a 2nd treatment and there was no sign of activity for either bug.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to understand what you are getting for the quoted price. The cheapest price is not necessarily the best deal.
