two people (lady and a man) came and cleaned for approximately 2 hours. They are efficient for the amount of work done in two hours. the lady mainly scrubs bathrooms and clean kitchen while the man wipes down and dust surfaces and sweep floors. not bad and thank you.

A women and man came out to my home and did a great job with the bathrooms and vacuuming. I noticed there was still dust on the baseboards and my shelves weren't dusted like I requested unfortunately. I was looking forward to my shelves getting a quick dusting but other than that they were fantastic. finished in a timely manner. Stove and microwave were squeaky clean. Thank you!

Wasn't as good of a clean job as the first time. They didn't use the full two hours, and the result shows. There were places that could've done better had they stay the whole two hours.

I am an avid thumbtack user and have used in multiple markets. I've never written a negative review before this. I just moved back to Houston and hired HPM to clean my 3BR/3BA townhouse. I was pleased with the communication i received prior to hiring and verified the services included in the basic cleaning via their website. Upon arriving, we were given a sheet of paper I'd never seen that mandated 2.5hrs maximum and additional charges for and more time. I assumed they'd clean the house as quoted in the time it would take. I was also told prior to service I would be able to call and pay via CC, but the maid told us they needed to leave unless we wrote a check on the spot. We did, they cleaned for 2.5 hours, the house ended up cleaner than when they showed up, but dishes, appliances, glass, etc. never got completed in the 2.5 hours. Caution to understand everything prior to hiring!!

The more services you get per month, the cheaper each service becomes. Get discounts up to 20% off. You can also refer us 2 friends and get your next maid service free!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically reach out via phone to understand your unique home cleaning needs. Our friendly staff will make sure the home cleaning process is super smooth. We will plan the best time to clean your home that works around your schedule. We never overbook and always make sure your experience with us is top notch! You can either be at your home when the cleaning is done or leave us instruction for home access. Once the cleaning service is complete we do a 10 point inspection and authorize the maids to leave your home, only once all work is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees go through a 7 day training process on our tried and true cleaning techniques. We have been in the industry over 30 years and know what it takes to leave your home sparkling!
