We were completely alien to becoming landlords so made a call to Renters Warehouse and they guided us through the ABC of the process, recommendations for presentation etc. We were put in touch with Deanna Barnhart who represents the Sugar Land area and she made it all seem easy. We were happy with her marketing and we signed our tenants in just 2 weeks. She's been there whenever we needed to ask her a question or something needed to be fixed at the house. Tim did an excellent job understanding our needs and visiting the properties in advance to ensure we would not waste our time visiting anything that wasn't up to our standard.
