While training, his attention is on me (not another person in the gym and not his phone). And he comes prepared to each and every workout session to maximize my goals. He listens to your needs and what you seek to accomplish; he remembers and puts those needs at the forefront. Two personal examples of this are as follows: One, I am hearing impaired. Matt remembers to speak to my left side which is my better ear. Two, I had hip replacement surgery a year and a half before hiring Matt and wanted to improve the strength and mobility in my right hip. Within weeks, I saw small, but significant to me, differences in my strength and mobility goals. After a couple of months, I can now do things I was unable to do before hiring Matt. I will continue to work with Matt Chiarella because these changes have made a huge impact in my life, physically, emotionally and mentally. I believe he is extremely supportive of my goals and it is evident through his sincerity and enthusiasm throughout the workout. Plus, the exercises are challenging.
