In desperate need of PT, Festus was here for my 89 yr. old mom w/ Alzheimer's . Mom had been thru 3 PT, who tried but didn't make the effort or tolerate her as Festus. He actually had her doing exercises, she stopped screaming, and gained his trust. Festus, explained every move, teaches how, and why, asked important questions, (does she have a pacemaker?) step by step. Illustrated chair should be in this position, gait belt sits here, and not once gave up. He is persistent, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and perseveres thru each PT visit. Festus, is an amazing gifted PT. I can't say enough about him, I will NEVER use anyone else EVER but Festus.

Even though I feel like I'm speechless... I have alot to say about MedXFit.
After speaking to Festus about my current situation with a parent, a part of me thought these are alot of big promises that he's about to break. Little did I realize after watching him with my mom, Festus under promised and over delivered. He has given us hope when we needed it the most and couldn't find it on our own, and he's given us new milestones with each visit. My family and I are so greatful that Festus is helping to alleviate the effects that quarantine has had on so many of us. We've had some PTs come who were absolutely useless and were more concerned with their pay then their progress. Festus, I can honestly say, is more concerned with helping to improve physical, mental, and emotional quality of life. I, without ANY hesitation wholeheartedly recommended MedXFit to anyone who needs help with getting back on their feet, has stopped talking much, and or just needs motivation to start doing things they used to do before. Festus has been helping my mother with strength training and reconditioning. She has a lot of lower back problems and is pretty debilitated, but he immediately identified her needs and developed an excellent rapport with her. She loves working with him and is continuing to make good progress.

When I first spoke to Festus he put me at ease by asking questions that incorporated not only my physical health but also inquiring about me as a person. This gave me the faith to overcome some of my fears of starting to work out in the gym again. He has laid out a comprehensive strength training program that includes exercises that cover my core and balance; along with strategies to work with my challenges.
Festize is an excellent communicator and listener and has put me at ease about accomplishing my goals and given me concise instruction as to how to put these instructions into action.
I highly recommend Festus as a personal trainer that not only can work with all types of physical challenges, but more importantly has a terrific attitude, helps me challenge my fears, and a wonderful spirit.

Fees are all inclusive except for recommended items.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon being hired, we first assess the clients initial condition or level of fitness. Once this is established, we collaborate on a recovery/training regimen. We then work towards the clients goals and adjust them as necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Festus - have training as an Army Combat medic, Medical supply and logistics, and Associates in Education, Certified EMT (Lapsed), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, and IFA certified personal trainer, and BA in Psychology.
