- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers I like to talk on the phone or zoom first to know I understand what they are looking for then set up a good time for me to perform the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Navy Veteran and I have a Management Information Systems Degree from the University of Houston. Curently I am working on my Comptia A+, Networking+ and Security+ certifications. I have 2 years of experience working for a IT Consulting Company I performed tasks like IT Support, Networking Support, Computer Recovery and Printer Recovery. My Clients range from a VoIP provider to a Security Company Start Up.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a love for technology, and entrepreneurship has always been a big interest for me.
