- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed advanced training in Analytics, Search Console, local SEO strategy, and conversion optimization. I also stay current with ongoing professional education through industry platforms, webinars, and certifications focused on search engine optimization, GBP management, and digital marketing best practices.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in digital marketing the same way many small business owners do, out of necessity. Several years ago I launched my own local business and quickly realized that great service alone was not enough. If customers could not find me online, they could not hire me. I began learning how Google search works, how to rank locally, how to build websites that convert, and how to use email and content to attract customers. What began as marketing my own company turned into a proven system for growth. By focusing on local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and smart digital strategy, I was able to dramatically increase online traffic and revenue for my own brands. After seeing real results, other local business owners started asking for help with their websites, rankings, and online presence. That is how Elevate Digital Marketing was born. I realized many small businesses in Sugar Land and the Houston area needed honest, practical marketing support instead of expensive agencies and confusing contracts. Today I use the same methods that helped grow my own businesses to help other local companies get found online, generate more leads, and compete in their markets. My start was not from a classroom or a textbook. It came from hands on experience, testing strategies in the real world, and learning exactly what works for local businesses.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked primarily with small and local businesses and E-commerce Sites that rely on being found by customers in their immediate area and online. Most of my clients are service based companies such as barbershops, restaurants, retail stores, personal trainers, home service providers, and professional consultants. These are businesses that need local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and clear digital marketing strategies to compete in markets like Sugar Land and the greater Houston area. I have also worked with e commerce brands, helping them grow online sales through search engine optimization, email marketing, and content strategy. That experience gives me a strong understanding of both local and online focused marketing. Many of the customers I work with are business owners who know they need better online visibility but are unsure where to start. They often come to me after trying to handle their own marketing or after working with agencies that overpromised and underdelivered.
