- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Different packages and levels of support I offer. I have the “I’m serious about this and will do anything you need me to” package and the “I’m just want to see what this might be about and think about it” package..... choice is yours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start slow and no drastic changes. That sets people up for failure. Keep eating cheeseburgers but focus on how we can still be able to eat some junk food and have an amazing life and feel good while doing it!
