My service stands out because of my unorthodox approach towards fitness and my passionate dedication to my clients. I am an expertrating certified personal trainer, I am currently studying for a fitness nutrition specialist certification and a CPT certification with the NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SPORTS AND MEDICINE. I am also an ex amateur boxer, so I am equip with the basic fundamental knowledge of boxing which I offer to some clients in my package deals. I give clients flexibility in payments and schedules, my prices range from $400 for 10 sessions and up, depending on the package deal. I truly enjoy the feeling when a client calls to tell me how they have more energy when they go to the park to play basketball with their teenage son. And when I helped a client lose weight to pass the required physical exam to become a firefighter.

I hired Andrew as my personal trainer and fitness coach, he has been a great motivation and inspiration to me and my journey to lose weight and tone my body. He is very professional and a great trainer. I am glad i took this journey with him and The Grindstone, went from a size 12 to my goal a size 5/6 in 4 months. Andrew is freaking amazing! This guy is extremely patient and really took the time to understand my needs. I was able to increase my strength and enhance my body composition through his easy and affordable program. Plus, he trained me in a very nice gym (The Flex).

Andrew is an awesome trainer!!! I asked for a HIIT and he brought exactly that. From our first session, he was able to properly gauge my fitness level while challenging me to push a little harder. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$45 for a one hour session, I have a 3months package deal, 6months package deal, and a 1year package deal. I charge a dollar a minute
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
5-10minutes warm up on the treadmill, full body stretch, before targeting a major muscle group.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal trainer certification and I am currently in the process of obtaining my NASM (National Association of Sports and Medicine) certification
