Working with Sid is great!! He is always professional and pushing you to better yourself. I train with him for 30 minutes 4 times a week and I can feel myself getting stronger everyday. We always start promptly and go for the full 30 minutes. If i can't make a day or need to switch the time, he always able to work with my schedule so we can knock out a workout. I have been working with Sid for 5 months now, and I could not been more pleased with my results and relationship with him. In the past, other Trainers I worked with were very repetitive and always wanted me to do the same thing over and over. I got bored quickly and lost interest. Sid changes things up and is always pushing me with more reps and more weights to get the most out of my time with him. Sid is awesome! I attended his drop in classes in which are a great value! You would be surprised how much of a workout you can get in 30 min, and Sid really encourages you to push yourself. I still have calluses on my hands from pushing tires back in January!! Very nice, easy going environment. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we do a Free Consultation where we discuss your fitness goals and health restrictions. Once we get started I do a Body/Muscle Composition assessment to determine our main areas of focus. Then i put together customized workout tailored to you body and fitness needs.
