- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the condition of the roof, materials selected, and overall scope of work. We focus on transparent pricing with no hidden fees and provide detailed proposals so you know exactly what you’re getting. We also offer a Community Hero Discount for law enforcement, military veterans, first responders, and teachers as a way to give back.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a full roof inspection, go over our findings with you, and explain your options clearly. From there, we provide a detailed proposal. Once approved, we schedule the project, complete the work, and do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified with Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, CertainTeed Select ShingleMaster, and GAF Preferred Contractor. We also carry an exclusive Versico certification for commercial and flat roofing systems. Our team is extremely well-versed in all types of roofing systems and stays up to date with industry standards to ensure every job is done right
