I would select all 5 categories to give a credit for them. Last week, Chris did very good service and showed up in time. They did replace all my flashes and done the maintenance. This week during the heavy rain, I don’t see any leak at all. I don’t know whether it is reasonable price but I got around 20% less than other roofing service.
