Hi, this is Steve Rangel with S&J Roofing. I provide quality work performance, quality material and very fair prices. Work performance until customer is satisfied. All work will be inspected after completion. All roof related jobs will be water tested. All paint jobs will be inspected and walk through will be performed after paint is dry. After every job trash is cleaned and hauled off. Warranty will be provided for every job.

Steve came to give me a quote on my fence. I had 4 other companies who all were trying to sell me a whole brand new fence. Steve came and showed the posts that needed to be replaced. He showed me which pickets needed to be replaced and which were still in great condition. He sent me a very detailed quote with the actual estimate from the lumberyard and only charged labor on top of that. His price was thousands cheaper than what I was being quoted by these other companies. Very very happy with the work he did and that he’s offered a 5 year warranty. It took a little longer than predicted but I’m happy to wait a bit more to have the work done correctly.
