- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices start at 35.00. Packages and group lessons available. Cancellation Policy: Please ensure that notice is given 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule. The lesson amount is owed if proper notice is not given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all new clients, we start off with a short interview to see why the student wants to start taking lessons, how much training they have had previously, what their goals are, etc. The interview portion is followed by 2-3 assessments to see where there are vocally (range, discover any pitch issues, etc). After the assessments, we dive right into the lesson format to familiarize them with how we organize our lessons and we go over what each students expectations are outside of the classroom to reinforce what they will learn and aid in moving their progress forward.
