Although I didn't get to use his services, Ken came out to my house for a free estimate in regards to fixing my leaky windows. Ken told me where to go to buy the products to replace the weather stripping. I was very impressed with the fact that he wasn't trying to upcharge or force us to use him. He helped us better understand our issues and how to repair it ourselves. We will forsure be reaching out to Ken when we are ready to upgrade our windows.
