Prompt, courteous, professional and reasonable!
I needed some live oak trees trimmed back a bit for a planned addition to our home. Michael responded quickly to my request onThumbtack, so I called him for a quote. He came out the same day, and gave a very reasonable estimate for the work. We agreed on a date and time for him to do the job and he arrived promptly as promised. He did a beautiful job trimming the trees for the addition, an did some additional cleanup on some of our other trees as well. The builders needed the trees trimmed back a bit more than I had thought they would so I had to call him back to trim a bit more, which he did right away, cheerfully and at no extra charge.
I am very impressed with Michael's work, knowledge and demeanor. Our trees are looking better than ever, and he has offered much helpful advice. We have since hired him for another small tree trimming job and have plans to call him again for other jobs as well as a long-term maintenace contract once our addition is finished. I highly recommend M.T.'s Neat and Clean Lawn and Tree Service, without hesitation.
