I don’t know where to start, he went above and beyond helping me clean and service a hottub at a rental property last minute. We had guests check in and the hottub wasn’t ready for them. Ryan spent 8 hours working on draining, cleaning, changing the filters, purchasing and inputting chemicals, etc. He updated me frequently, sent photos, and sent me a detailed description of everything he did. I am so thankful for everything he did and will definitely use him again. Highly recommended!!!!

Rhino performed diagnostic evaluation to determine cause of Refrig loss of cooling. Following a checklist and consulting with other resources it was determined the LG-supplied compressor was faulty and obtaining a replacement system / part would be a prolonged delay. I elected to scrap the refrig due to the economics and unavailability / delay in parts. I was very satisfied with the professional service rendered. Highly recommended.

Hired rhino handyman services to do a fence repair. Ryan came by looked at the job and gave a quote but said his schedule would not allow him to start until the following week which was fine. First he said he would come by in the evening to start work which he did not show. He showed up the following day in the morning and stayed for one hour then left for four hours then returned for one hour and left again he did not return until the evening late to pick up his tools. He showed up the next day with a coworker and began to work. He did a vast majority of the work that day but still had more to complete. When asked when he was coming back to complete the job he stated he had many jobs and was not sure when he would be able to return. We asked him to check his schedule and let us know when he would be able to return to finish the job. Ryan sent us a text stating that he would be coming by on Wednesday to complete the job. Wednesday came and went Ryan did not show up he did send another text after we inquired with him and stated he got the days mixed up he would be here on Thursday to complete the job. When Thursday arrived and went we inquired what was going on. We attempted to call him on numerous occasions multiple times and have sent multiple text messages asking for information. After not hearing back from any telephone or text we decided to hire someone else to finish the job he started. Unfortunately the work that he did was discovered to be shoddy and the new repairman had to fix. Not a very good experience from the start. Poor communication and very unreliable would not ever hire this man again.
