Introduction: I take the time to do the job right - quality above all else. I may quote a price and estimate that it will take two days but it takes four days instead, the additional labor usually does not get passed back to the customer. I am more concerned about getting the job done properly with top-notch quality and will take the time necessary to do so. I get a great deal of satisfaction in doing a good job.

I have done business with this contractor / handyman for many years. He has repaired and replaced many items on the inside and outside of our house. He completely remodeled our kitchen; did extensive repair work on our exterior bay windows which had to be completed gutted and rebuilt virtually from ground up; repaired many cracks and painted; replaced two ceiling fans; did a master bathroom remodel; and, several other small repairs. Every time, John was professional, courteous, and friendly. He provided an estimate up front and got the job done quickly. I have never had a complaint about the quality of his work. I have always been extremely satisfied with the work performed and cost of the job.

In 2002, I had a huge issue with the shower in our master bathroom. I found a flyer from John - I called him and left a message. John called back very quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote to repair the shower. John took us step by step through the entire process, keeping us very involved and updated during this two day repair job. He did a fantastic job and has worked on many projects for us ever since. Over the past 10+ years, he has remodeled our kitchen with custom tile counters and backsplash; repaired some roof damage; installed some insulation; completely overhauled two of our bay windows; replaced some linoleum flooring; and several other small jobs that I cannot even recall off-hand. FYI - That repair work he did on our shower back in 2002 has not had to have any further work done on it since then as I write this recommendation in 2013.

I have known John for many years. On a personal level, he is honest, trustworthy, capable, and knowledgeable in many areas. John has done several jobs for me. The last job was building my deck. He did an outstanding job and completed it in a timely manner. We have been very satisfied as we enjoy it every day. John recently replaced the tile in my Entry with marbled flooring; removed the carpeting in my Living Room and Dining Room and replaced with inlaid custom tile. He also designed and installed a unique porcelain tile floor in my kitchen with custom baseboards; and installed a new over-the-range microwave oven with custom woodwork to match the existing cabinets. I was very happy with the work he did and I especially liked the attention to detail. He went the extra mile.
