- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In my case I give an approximation to what the client least wants to do, I think that I always give a little more than what I charge, since at the same time that I am working clean and disinfect everything I see in my path, without thinking that it is paid or not. My cleanings are always deep. I usually also give a free incentive for washing, oven or refrigerator, depending on what I see that I need it the most.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like that my clients feel confident and suggest details of how they would like me to do the job, where I should start, etc. I love working so that my clients feel comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The biggest school is when you have a passion for something, and I love cleaning, too I did a quality control course, and a 3-month waitress training school.
