Hello, I'm Samir Jamal. I’m a franchisee of a wonderful company known as The Baked Bear located at the Grandscape in The Colony, Texas. We specialize in ice-cream sandwiches and we've been doing so for two years now. We've quickly became the talk of the town because of our amazing product and so I decided to branch out into a food truck. Our original-recipe ice creams are held together by daily fresh-baked cookies and brownies. The Baked Bear has over a dozen original-recipe cookies and ice cream flavors, giving guests a chance to mix and match to find their favorite combination. Over a billion different combinations can be made between the cookies and ice-cream! Before they’re served, the sandwiches can be rolled through toppings ranging from Fruity Pebbles to Oreo crumble, giving them an Instagram-worthy touch. Lastly, customers have an option to warm-up their sandwiches with our unique Gelato Panini Press which warms up your cookies but leaves your ice-cream cold and intact.
