- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices gets introduced to the costumer with no hidden fees and a copy of contract with everything mentioned gets send to a costumer for review at the time as we schedule their move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first inquire what needs to be moved and where, after that we establish a contract with the client setting the price and the date, on the previous day we give a call to confirm the appointment and the day of the move we try to stay on communication all the time explaining the process and answering all the concerns of the clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the movers go in training and post training how to do a safe move of furniture, how to wrap with blankets, how to wrap with stretch wrap, proper way of using all types of dolly's on proper situation, proper way use of shoulder dolly's moving straps on proper situation, how to disassemble and assemble a furniture or a bed in safe way.
