- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We almost always charge by the hour for 2, 3 or 4 guys. There is a one time moving truck fee. We do offer discounted rates on off days. Those usually aren’t Saturdays or the end of the month. But you can ask, the answer is always no if you don’t.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just finding out when they want to move and how big their move is. Then going into our rates for the number of guys.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As previously stated I have 29 years experience 24 in a row. I train my guys with that experience and just like any team each guy has different roles he performs.
