Safe Air came back out and promptly replaced the siding piece and painted it at no additional cost to me. (I did furnished the paint and gave the worker a nice tip for his effort). I operate on the principle anyone can have problem and I judge on how they remedy the issue. In this case Safe Air gets an “Excellent” rating for how they responded."See more

When Carlos came out to look at our siding, he genuinely advised us that it wasn't rotted and could wait. Curt Swindoll says, "I cant think of one thing they could have done better. Francisco was fantastic. Walked the outside of our home. Made suggestions. We said yes to most of them, but not all. Got a quote. Agreed. Communication up until the work was done was clear and consistent. Never wondered who was in charge or if we had been forgotten. Then the work week hit and the job was done in three days. The main work was to paint the gutters, window trim, siding, and facia boards. The crew was terrific and responsive. Asked about a couple of small items. Resolved a couple of minor issues. It was all done really well. I am totally pleased. I would hire them again and am happy to recommend Phillips Home Improvements to others."See more
