- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do offer specials and discounts. Customers are more than welcome to check my website to se if any promotions apply. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once I receive the request, I reach out to my client to confirm the booking. I then enter my clients info into my booking site and send a confirmation for our appointment. I come out at the scheduled time, I accept all payment methods. Upon completion I will also send a receipt for your records. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I do not have any licensing for this skill set, however I am fully insured and I have been mounting TVs for over 10 years
