Erick, came to my house to measure out some accent walls. I agreed to work with him and paid him my deposit for his services.
He told me he knew someone who sold lumber and would cut him a good deal, but I would need to be patient as they would need to find someone to deliver the lumber.
Weeks went by and the project kept getting pushed out due to one excuse or another (Family issues, Car issues, Delivery issues) and finally the day he was supposed to arrive to start work, he texted me in the morning stating he couldn't work on my house and would refund my deposit.
It's been a few weeks and now he's gone radio silent. Do Not Use This Man, he will scam you for sure.
