- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 minimum for jobs. No surprise pricing or hidden fees. You will receive a finalized quote for the job before we begin work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by having a quick conversation to understand what you need, timeline, and budget. Then I take a look at the area in person or from photos and give a clear quote. Once we agree, I schedule the work and handle everything from start to finish. After the job, I walk you through it to make sure you’re happy before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned through hands-on experience doing drywall, patch work, and general repairs. Over time I’ve gotten really efficient with things like clean cuts, proper backing, and getting a smooth finish that blends in. I stay practical and focused on doing the job right rather than overcomplicating it.
