I have inspected over 1000 homes in my 4 years of business as a home inspector. My attention to detail has been highly developed through 27 years of military experience maintaining and flying aircraft. I bring this, along with my mechanical skills and career as an HVAC technician to perform the best inspection possible for all my clients. I enjoy discovering problem items for customers that were previously unknown. Helping my clients to learn as much possible about their home before making an important decision gives me a great sense of accomplishment.

This was my first time using Thumbtack and I hired Trevor for a home inspection for the purchase of a pre-owned home. From beginning to end he was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. During the inspection he was very informative in explaining some of the issues with the house, what to be aware of and suggestions for getting things properly repaired. He was more than happy to answer questions I had. The inspection report was very thorough and delivered on time as promised. I would definitely recommend Trevor!

Trevor did a great job inspecting my potential home. He looked in for minor things and gave his suggestions. He did a thorough inspection of Attic, sprinkler system and all electrical appliances. I would certainly recommend to reach out to Trevor.

Excellent service! We were coming up on our year-end warranty for a new-home purchase when we requested a home inspection from JMJ Home Inspections. Trevor pointed out several irregularities that would have gone unnoticed by us and possibly have set us back thousands well into the future. His recommendations helped us to deal more intelligently on warranty issues instead of second-guessing ourselves.
