Donna was immediately responsive to my needs for a double house cleaning job; more like a "spring cleaning", top-to-bottom task. She brought along another person to help, which took them about 5 1/2 hours to complete. They left us with seemingly brand new houses! Will definitely hire again, not only for one-time special needs, but for semi-regular cleaning to keep our household neat, clean and fresh! Donna is my kind of A-Team.

She and her helper started at the top and ended at the floor. Very thorough job. My house smelled and looked wonderful. They really scrubbed the areas I pointed out and were willing to do any extras I needed. Fair price and good work. I will definitely be having her back.

Donna did a wonderful job cleaning the areas that I tend to neglect. She cleaned floors, baseboards, windows, blinds, the oven and stove, etc. My bathroom was sparkling when I returned. She did a very efficient job.

I charge depending on the type of cleaning you need. I have a very competitive rates. It depends on what the customer needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them and see what they need cleaned. I have a standard list I follow to do a thorough cleaning. I can also do whatever you need. I do regular to deep cleaning. Everything is about what the customer needs and keeping the customer happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees. I have one in basic Theology and one in Social Work. I have been a stay at home mom for 14 years, so I have majored in cleaning and taking care of others all my life.
