Introduction: We have organized eight different combative sports and reality-based self-defense programs in a studio setting or group classes. We have been in business for over a decade.
We were recently voted for the second time as the number one martial arts (self-defense academy) by Locals Love Us. What sets us apart from other schools is we have classes, which teach a synergistic format to kids as young as three years of age, seniors, men, women, boys, GIs and teens.
Our chief instructor is a retired deputy U.S. marshal, former police officer, former U.S. marine. He is Cooper certified as a personal trainer, and also certified under the International Sports Science Association as a SMAC (Specialist In Martial Arts Conditioning) and SPN (Specialist in Sports Performance Nutrition).
He holds black belts in Japanese Judo and Kempo, and is a brown belt in Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu). He also instructs cardio, as well as Muay Thai kickboxing.
