I wish my customers would put more faith in me and my profession in the beginning. Listen to my advice on my market and know the information I pull is from the current market NOT from my own opinion. Realtors have been around and have offered services for over 200 years...there is value in what I do, and it makes sense. Let me negotiate on your behalf.
