- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will always strive to guide you towards the best value product for your application. Our margins are not greatly affected by material choice, so we only upsell to the point of durability and beauty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can often get a good idea of what the project will cost in just a few moments over the phone or text communication, if the client wishes to proceed, we will come onsite and go over any other details (free of charge). Once the project is approved, we will schedule and perform the work with payment being collected upon client's satisfaction in the work performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of the american fence association and take part in many virtual instruction courses as well as any offered my our manufacturers
