I originally hired Amber to get me "cruise ready" over the course of a month. She went above and BEYOND. She inspired and motivated me so much that she is now helping me train for my first BIKINI competition. Her meal plans, workouts, and motivation are beyond worth it! She is amazing, and I would definitely recommend her services to anyone! I could NEVER get through this process on my own. She is AWEsome! :)
Great personal trainer. As a personal trainer, nutritionist, and massage therapist he is very knowledgeable and will be able to give you the guidance needed to achieve any fitness goal desired. It takes a lot of hard work, but Greg won't let you quit. He will keep you motivated. Give him your time and dedication and he will give you results!
My trainer Keenan will meet me wherever I choose to work out but we prefer outside at the park because we can do more circuit type workouts involving different sets constantly going back and forth between working out each muscle. When I first started working with Keenan I had told him I wanted to get toned and not bulky. My trainer has stayed true to making my workout give me what I was asking and expecting to receive from each workout. Each workout is a little different than the last and and it works out a lot of everything rather than hitting just arms or legs super hard. Keenan is flexible with times and days and never runs late. Expect him always about 15 mins early actually! Also be ready to push yourself as hard as he does because once you start a set with him, it doesn't matter how tired you are, you will finish. If you have to cancel a session or anything last minute he is gracious as long as it is at least the day before when you let him know. I would recommend Keenan to anyone no matter what you are looking to get out of a trainer because he will personally make a routine strictly for you keeping in mind what you wanted to get long term from your workouts.

What I like about Chris at Three Step Fit is that he knows how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.
The personal training in gym equipment, cardio workouts, yoga instructor, nutritionalist, and a great attitude was done very professionally by Sherry, and I would advise anyone to be Sherry's trainer. Sherry's knowledge of the body is far beyond what is expected..I have watched other trainers with their clients, and they can't hold a candle to sherry..
Lori Hazel is an awesome personal trainer! I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to help ya get yourself into better shape by doing exercises safely! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and also helpful by explaining the "why's", "how's" and "why not's" to the various exercise positions. I am very pleased with her style of training. And also affordable!

I have been working out with Nancy for the last three months and have really enjoyed her sessions. Nancys sessions, though tough, are really beneficial and you will leave knowing you had a really good workout. She mixes in the right amount of different workouts to isolate different muscles as well as making sure to keep your heart rate up with some cardio mixed in. Nancy also has a social and upbeat personality that allows her to communicate well with students. During her sessions, if she isnt monitoring your form making sure youre always using the correct form so you will not injury yourself, she is participating in the workout. My personal opinion, anyone can write a hard work and then make their students do the workout. I like it when my trainers are working out with me and knowing how hard/easy the workout is and where they can improve/modify the workout. With that being said, I recommend you giving Nancy the opportunity to not only be your trainer, but your friend.
Clint's not just a trainer. He's a friend and a cheerleader and the person who kicks your butt - even when you're in the worst mood, he brightens your outlook on life. Sure, he increased my endurance and my muscle definition... but some days, just getting that text to say hi or "stay in the game" was what was the difference between derailing and the motivation to move forward.

Tyler is a great personal trainer. He definitely pushes you, but not in that in-your-face way I had imagined a personal trainer would be. He was encouraging and knew when I could go the next level. He was also very accommodating of a recent knee injury and knew how to modify whatever I was doing to be both safe and to get the most of out of my workout. Super professional and a great guy!
First of all Kellie is a true professional, during our first visit she sat down with me and took the time to find out what my goals were, she implemented an excercise plan specific for me that not only helped me achieve my goal to lose weight To now helping me with my next goal to building muscle. I loved her approach to a lifestyle change, I won't say diet because I don't like that word. she has provided guidance that has been valuable to my success, she is down to earth, dedicated and did I mention always on time. She also understands life and understands that even though there's a schedule things will happen and she will work with you, so if are looking for a trainer, she's the trainer you want!

I give Body by Behlin a four because there's always room for improvement, but other than that great program and great trainer.
