- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Competitive pricing and at the end of the day I’m here to help the customers to satisfy them. One thing I learned is customers are very happy with low pricing, quick service and most importantly a great quality of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Great Communication, making them feel comfortable, making them feel they picked the right guy for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just the training of different bosses that help me throughout the years by showing different ways of painting.
