My iPhone XS had a cracked screen. Front, back, and camera glass. This gentleman named Jeremy greeted me on my arrival and gave me a price to replace all the above(iPhone Doctor refused to work on this model). It takes a few days to get the parts in. In the meantime, the phone crashed. I brought it in and Jeremy restored it for me free of charge! The phone only made it another day before crashing again. I decided not to repair it at this point. Jeremy cheerfully sported my decision. Here he is. Or whatever those parts cost. Encouraging me to do whats best for me even though it means he doesnt make a dime! And he seemed so sincere too. It seems like Jeremy actually loves his job and loves helping people! Hes seriously the best customer service person Ive EVER met! Skinnys will be seeing me next time an apple device goes down!
