Albert and Frank did an awesome job painting a room in our home, as well as patching up an area and repainting it. They were punctual, professional, and efficient. We would definitely utilize their services for future potential projects.Jan 13, 2020VerifiedCashmere Painting Co.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Multiple paint colors is more costly. Bright or strong colors require more work then neutral colors. Which mean cost will be higher. Moving furniture and wall decor is a big plus for the customer. We have no problem moving furniture but it is time consuming and it does cost. If all we have to do is prep, repair and paint, our timeline is sooner and that saves the customer money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I listen to their ideas and requests. As well as concerns and questions. I go over with them in my own words what type of job they expect and are hoping for. If we agree after that conversation then I feel we are on the same page. I can give my input but if a client is certain what they want, then I gladly agree and move forward. We go over paint products, cost of material, quote overall and timeline. Which all could be a rough estimate. If everything sounds good. Then I usually give a call back within 24 hours with a more concrete quote for job and timeline as well as available day to start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have roughly 15 years of experience in painting. From restoration, new construction, custom and repainting. The training is hands on. On the job training.
