I hired Price Construction to do some repairs to a rental house I own. From the beginning I was comfortable working with Price Construction. Matt was quick to reply to my request for a quote and did a thorough inspection of the property to let me know exactly what needed to be done and also where we might be able to save a little money and time. Once his crew started work, they were fast, efficient, and did a quality job. We had a variety of minor and major repairs (windows replaced, painting done, tiles ripped out and replaced, woodwork replaced) and all of them were done on time, on budget, and look great. I can highly recommend Matt Price and his crew for any construction or repair job.

This was by far the worst experience. We hired him as a general contractor. The bid he gives isn't real, he will not complete a single thing. He will have you buying plastic and tape to protect your hard woods and carpet. He will take and use your brooms, garbage cans, hoses, tape, shovels, dog pooper scooper, etc....if it's laying around. If you are installing windows, they will cut the holes and the next morning when you come to the house, you will see that they just left them open! Two 4 x 4 foot holes, in a house that still has your valuables in. He will not give you a contract or bid. He will constantly lie, telling you he will bring them the next day. 2 days really equals two weeks in a hotel. You will spend 3 months cleaning and fixing his crappy work, finishing Sheetrock because the two closets used to expand the bathroom aren't included in your non-bid. And more money fixing your built ins and getting overspray off furniture! If he offers you a veteran discount RUN! And expect to get bills that he doesn't pay or the company that hasn't been paid will want to put a lien on your house. Seriously I would highly NOT recommend this guy.

He did an excellent job painting our living room with vaulted ceilings. Left paint on our carpet and base boards so docked him a star. Did it fast and efficiently.
