- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I almost always agree on a price with the customer before starting any type of project. I'll work with you to make the process as painless as I possibly can and am open to negotiating price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I gather as much information about the job as I can over the phone before we meet. You let me know the work involved, and I'll figure out what I'll charge. We'll agree on a price and a time and go from there.
