We charge by hourly and fixed price rates to give the best value to the customer and a reasonable return for our services.

We strive to understand the musical needs of our customers and provide the best level of service for those needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend at least two Piano Technicians Guild educational seminars yearly and have been honored to share our knowledge as instructors at the local, state and national levels. New methods of work are being developed constantly that allow us to offer better service and we utilize them to give our customers the best value in piano service.
