Jenny and her husband did a fantastic job on my move out clean! The place was spotless and only took 3 hours for a 2bd 2bth 1050 sq ft apartment. Good price too and easy to work with. Very nice. Would definitely use again!

Jenny was by far the best ! I hired a lot of cleaning services in the past and Jenny stands above everyone else! She under promised and OVER delivered! She finished almost 1hr earlier than what she quoted me. Quality was immaculate! She came in ready to get to work. I will only allow Jenny to clean my homes for now on. She ignored me completely. First time trying to get some help on cleaning. I viewed her reviews and thought she could do nice job. I contacted her and the thumbtack message was March availability. She texted me and said Saturday night was open and 6 PM time frame was good. She said she'll see me 6, never show up no reply. I called her and messaged her. Later on she replied that her schedules were all delayed due to mover issue so she'll see me next morning. It was frustrating, but I said I understand 9 AM would do. Next morning around 8 still no answer. I texted her trying to confirm if she's ever coming, but no reply no show. I had to return the old key before 5 PM today and had so much going on and she screwed my schedule since last night. I had to quickly grab contact from other awesome cleaning service folks who communicated well and helped me out. I never expected that I would experience something like this. Wish she just replied and refused to give me service, then I wouldnt have to be so anxious waiting for her on those two tiredsome moving days.....
