- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge both a flat rate or a hourly rate. I do extras as well. For example laundry, check the mail, porches, clean up after a pet, interior windows and oven cleaning. I am open to discussing and coming up with a proper price that it beneficial to both the client and my company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am all ears. If a new customer has any questions feel free to ask. 🙂 I will also communicate before and after the project is complete. I would love for the client to do a walk through to make sure that the projects that are asked to be completed are left with their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning professionally and on a daily regimen for over 20 years.
