- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss your goals, fitness level, injuries, schedule, and nutrition habits. Then I create a customized plan designed specifically for you. From there, we get to work and track your progress every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. Former college football player and track athlete. Participated in NFL Combine training and workouts with NFL organizations. Former Head Track Coach, Defensive Coordinator, and Speed & Performance Coach with years of experience training athletes and adults of all fitness levels.
