- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm up front and transparent, no hidden fees. I always walk customers through the estimate so they understand exactly what they are paying for. Every project is a little different, so pricing depends on the scope of work, but I'm always willing to work within a reasonable budget and find solutions that make sense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reaching out and having a clear understanding & direction of the customers needs, communication plays a key role to establish a clear & good working relationship with my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 plus years of experience and skills in all different trades. Working in restoration 5 plus years. I've devolped great customer service skills with home owner.
