- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introducing the handyman that will be working with the client, we take time to ask questions and understand the client’s needs. A walkthrough of the project may be necessary in order to properly give a quote. We then quote the project and get a date booked ASAP.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the Home Security & Automation industry 10 years ago and have since picked up many skills along the way. These skills include but are not limited to Networking, TV Mounting, Alarm/Surveillance Installation, Office and Home Furniture Assembly.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently set up a home gym for one of our clients. It required a retractable squat rack to be mounted on a cinder block wall. It took about 8 hours to complete the whole project which included a TV mount, as well as a rack to hold up weights.
